NICOSIA - UAE Foreign Minister Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Cypriot Foreign Minister Markos Kyprianou on Wednesday signed an agreement on the mutual exemption of UAE and Cypriot holders of diplomatic and special passports from entry visas.
