The number of people who take the bus in Dubai is expected to reach 119 million this year. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) made the prediction as it revealed that 56 million passengers boarded public buses in the first half of 2010.The RTA has set a target to get 30 per cent of residents to use public transport by 2020. Last year, the figure was just under ten per cent.
